Although the state is a dead heat in the presidential contest, there's not a lot to see here. District 1 (Cincinnati area) is the only highly competitive race. Incumbent Republican Steve Chabot is seeking a 6th term. His opponent, Democrat Kate Schroder has significantly outraised him. The only other seats on the radar are the adjacent OH-10 (Dayton) and OH-12 in the Columbus area. These are longshot Democratic pick-up opportunities. Incumbents are expected to be reelected in the state's other 15 districts.
