5 Congressional Districts: 4 Republicans |1 Democrat
In one of the larger surprises of the 2018 midterms, Democrat Kendra Horn flipped the Oklahoma City area District 5, defeating incumbent Republican Steve Russell by about 1%. This is a district Donald Trump won by 13% in 2016. With Trump back at the top of the ticket, this represents one of the best GOP pick-up opportunities this year. Their nominee is state Sen. Stephanie Bice. GOP incumbents in the other four districts are expected to be reelected.
