Virginia has 11 congressional districts; Democrats hold a 7-4 edge. After the state's independent commission failed to reach agreement, new maps were created under the direction of the State Supreme Court, which approved them in late December, 2021.

It looks like Districts 2 and 7, both held by Democrats, will be the most competitive in 2022.
