President (19 Electoral Votes)
Toss-up
Pennsylvania has voted for the Democratic nominee in seven of the past eight presidential elections. Notably, Donald Trump flipped it in 2016 as part of his winning map. Joe Biden won by just over 1% in 2020.
The state is widely seen as one of seven battlegrounds that will decide a closely-contested 2024 presidential election.
U.S. Senate
Leans Democratic
Democratic Sen. Bob Casey is seeking a 4th term. His challenger is David McCormick, who lost the GOP nomination to Mehmet Oz in the 2022 election for the state's other U.S. Senate seat. This race has tightened in the closing weeks of the campaign, with some forecasters moving it into toss-up category.

There are several competitive races here, but perhaps none as intriguing as the one in District 10. Republican Scott Perry is seeking a 7th term. His hardline positions have drawn a challenge from Democrat Janelle Stelson, a former local TV news anchor. This one has become increasingly competitive as the campaign has progressed; it is a consensus toss-up heading into the general election.
