2024 Alaska House Election Interactive Map

All US House seats to be contested in 2024

Alaska has one at-large congressional district. It is one of six states with a single representative in the U.S. House. Democrat Mary Peltola won an August, 2022 special election to complete the term of Don Young (R), who died earlier that year after almost a half-century in office. She was reelected to a full term in November, 2022.

Both elections featured Peltola and two Republicans, Sarah Palin and Nick Begich III. While Alaska leans Republican, those two essentially split the party vote, with Peltola able to win a majority through the state's ranked choice vote tabulation.
