2024 Texas House Election Interactive Map

All US House seats to be contested in 2024

The only state to see a net change of more than one congressional seat after the 2020 Census, Texas now has 38 congressional districts, the 2nd largest delegation in the country. Republicans controlled the redistricting process, largely eliminating competitive races for either party in 2022 except for three districts in South Texas.

Those races, in Districts 15, 28, and 34, ended up not being all that close, each decided by 8% or more. As such, while they are on the competitive radar for 2024, the current expectation is they are favored to stay with the incumbent party.
